About Stephanie

Stephanie is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST) with extensive experience working across all levels of care! From the general public to elite, high-performing athletes. She has had the opportunity to work with the Minnesota Gopher Football Team and professional athletes, bringing a deep understanding of the body, injury prevention, and performance recovery into every session.

 

After graduation from St Paul College in 2017, Stephanie founded Nordic Massage & Bodywork with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their body through personalized care.

In 2026, Stephanie expanded my practice to include Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), offering a more movement-focused approach to relieving tension, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellness.
